The present general conditions of sale apply exclusively to all the sales concluded by Alphaventure through the website www.alphaventure.ca. For the buyer placing an order implies full and unreserved accession to the present general conditions of sale.

Alphaventure presents on its website the products for sale with their essential characteristics. The choice and the purchase of a product are placed under the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery
The customer has a period of withdrawal 10 days from the delivery to return products for Exchange or refund at its expense to Alphaventure.

In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the customer will have the choice to ask either reimbursement of his order, excluding return costs that will be incurred, or the exchange of products (port charges incurred for this new expedition remaining dependant).

Products must be returned in new condition and in their packing of origin also in perfect condition (unless breakage during shipment). We will ask you to attach a photocopy of the invoice of purchase. References in “port paid by recipient” or “c.o.d.” will be refused. ” Products open, damaged or soiled by the customer are never reimbursed nor exchanged.

In the event of abusive return, Alphaventure reserves the right to refuse any further order.

Price
The prices listed in Canadian dollars are editable at any time without notice under the regulations in force, knowing that items will be charged on the rate in effect on the recording of the order. All orders are billed in Canadian dollars and payable in Canadian dollars.

Delivery Times
The shipping times depend on the availability of the ordered products (expressed in working days, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays) and agree from the validation of your order. Deliveries are made in the order of arrival of the commands. Delivery times have that a purely indicative character and potential delivery delays do not give right to the purchaser to claim damages. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are charged in addition to the sale price of products and are calculated per order, depending on the delivery address and the weight of the package.

In case of return following a wrong address listed by your care on the order form online (post having failed to find you) or as the result of an oversight of recovery of your parcel to the post after the passage of the factor during the 15 days following, you repay the postage for the return of your order.

Acceptance of Terms
The present general conditions of sale as well as tariffs are expressly approved and accepted by the buyer, which declares and acknowledges having perfect knowledge, and waives the right, therefore, to take advantage of any contradictory document, and, in particular, its own conditions of purchase, the Act of purchase involving acceptance of the present general conditions of sale.

These conditions are editable at any time and without notice by Alphaventure, the modifications being then applicable to all subsequent orders.
